The East Bay Economic Development Alliance is pleased to provide the 2004 Bay Area Goods Movement Study which was extremely important to the East Bay EDA since there previously was no regional analysis and plan for goods movement throughout the Bay Area and the East Bay, and the East Bay has many of the key infrastructure areas of importance to goods movement that have been underfunded and coordinated: the Port of Oakland, the trucking corridor through the Altamont Pass, I80 & I880 north and south and rail service access.
The project summary and the supporting documents for the entire report, have been broken out because of size variety of content to help direct access to the desired information.
